Step 1: Log into the Website

Before proceeding to print a Proforma Invoice, it's essential to log into the website.
Logging in ensures that any promotional discounts or account-based pricing is applied correctly. This step ensures that you get the most accurate representation of the Proforma Invoice, reflecting your unique account details.

Option A: Log into Your Account: Enter your username and password.
Option B: If you don't have an account, Register to create one.

Step 3: View Basket

Navigate to the Basket Page

This page will summarise the products you've selected.  Ensure all products & quantities are as you need them.

Step 4: Checkout

Click the checkout button to add VAT and Delivery to your parts. Proforma Invoices can only be printed once these are added.

Note: Baskets are saved under your login for later checkout.

Step 5: Add VAT Registration Information

Before proceeding to print the Proforma Invoice, it's crucial to understand why completing the checkout process is necessary. By going through checkout, the website can accurately calculate delivery charges and Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable to your shipping country. This ensures that your Proforma Invoice reflects the total cost inclusive of these charges, providing a comprehensive overview of your purchase before finalizing payment.

Step 6: Accept Delivery Charge

At checkout, review and accept the delivery fee. Click "Continue" to accept it.

Step 7: Print Proforma Invoice

Click "Print Proforma Invoice" to generate your invoice. Remember to quote the Basket ID on all payments.

Depending on your browser, a print preview window may appear. Here, you can adjust print settings such as layout, paper size, and colour options according to your preferences. 

You can also select to print to a physical printer or a PDF, depending on your own configurations.
