Modules EpiLED for Basic Biological Microscope BA210E Three LED modules for safe handling of fluorescence applications in school and education environments The new EpiLED S modules, to be combined with the basic upright microscope BA210Elite, for the first time allow an easy, trouble-free and economic access to fluorescence microscopy. From now on it is possible to implement the fluorescence method even in environments relevant to security, e.g. schools. Now is the time not only to demonstrate *fluorescence* by a teacher, but also to allow students to work on their own. Any of the three EpiLED-S modules is mounted between microscope body and observation tube of the BA210Elite. The hardware setup consists of a housing and an exchangeable insert, including the LED light source, excitation filter, dichroic and barrier filter. Complete modules as well as separate inserts are available. Following a first step with a complete module, the spectrum of applications may be enlarged with additional inserts. The following complete modules respectively, inserts are available: -Epi-LED Fluorescence attachment AO filter block (Auramin 0), 455 nm with LED excitation module, 455 nm (Filter EX: 480SP, D 505LP, B 520LP) -Epi-LED Fluorescence attachment MB filter block (FITC), 475 nm with LED excitation module, 475 nm (Filter EX: 480SP, D 505LP, B 520LP) -Epi-LED Fluorescence attachment G filter block (TRITC), 530 nm with LED excitation module, 530 nm (Filter EX: 532-33, D 575LP, B 590LP) The scope of delivery contains: -A condenser slider to minimize reflections from the condenser front lens of BA210E -Special rubber eyecups to reject stray light from the side -A power supply with exchangeable plugs (UL,VDE,UK), Allen key, dust cover Product Specification: Product Description: Epi-LED Fluorescence attachment AO filter block, 455 nm | |
