| DURAN PURE Premium lip seal cap, GL 45 Thanks to its highly resistant materials (PFA), the DURAN PURE Premium lip seal cap, GL 45, is optimally suited to utilize in processes which are both chemically and thermally demanding. Due to its very high temperature resistance, it is ideal for demanding sterilisation processes, such as hot-air or dry-heat sterilisation and depyrogenation at 260 °C. The properties of the material used fulfill the requirements of the FDA (FDA 21 CFR Section 177.1550) and the USP (USP Class VI plastics - 121 °C). Consequently the DURAN PURE premium lip seal cap is particularly suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. Due to the integrated lip seal, no further seal is needed to provide tight sealing of the bottles. Therefore it is ideal for storage and transport of sensitive products.
