Multiparameter Monitoring EXO Systems
Multiparameter Monitoring EXO Systems
The Multiparameter Monitors EXO Sondes are the best platform for the highest quality of data within water quality monitoring. The EXO’s multiparameter monitors have a dynamic range of smart sensors provide comprehensive multiparameter water quality data. The SmartQC allows proper calibration and top sensor performance in the EXO range.
The EXO range has tough materials and unmatched anti-fouling technology so you can be confident in your extended deployments. The EXO Sondes multiparameter monitors and sensors have been tested in a variety of rigorous field conditions as well as in the lab to ensure accuracy and response times. There are 4 available EXO Sonde options:
- The EXO1 Sonde has 4 ports and a smaller diameter
- The EXO2 Sonde has 7 ports for the ultimate monitoring platform
- The EXO2s Sonde offers 7 ports also without the battery compartment
- The EXO3 Sonde has 5 ports for a lower cost option that uses the central wiper
Key Benefits of the EXO Sondes Range:
Highest Data Quality:
All onboard monitoring systems verify sensor operation.
Multiparameter Monitoring:
There are up to 7 universals ports that allow for a combination of smart sensors or central wiper
Industry-leading Anti-Fouling:
YSI has the best-in-class anti-fouling wiper technology on the market
Smart QC ™:
This checks for any errors and ensures that proper calibrations are taking place
Titanium Components:
These are the toughest grade parts that guarantee operation into the future with no worry about damage
Digital Smart Sensors:
Any sensor in any port of the EXO multiparameter monitors will be automatically recognised
Seamless Integration:
The EXO monitors can be plugged into marine, estuarine, freshwater and groundwater monitoring systems
EXO3 Sonde Multiparameter Monitor:
The EXO3 Sonde Multiparameter Monitor has 5 ports including a central wiper port, optional depth sensor and battery compartment. It has the greatest value of any sonde available by YSI, the EXO3 Multiparameter Monitor combines the manoeuvrability of the EXO1 with the anti-fouling wiper of the EXO2. It is purpose-built for monitoring major water quality parameters including pH, conductivity, temperature, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen.
Key Benefits Exclusive to the EXO3:
Best priced:
It is the highest quality sonde for baseline water quality monitoring at the most affordable price possible
Flexibility:
The EXO3 Sonde can switch from continuous monitoring to spot sampling with a light, shorter form factor
Integral SDI-12 Communications:
This makes the EXO3 Sonde ideal for existing data collection platforms and installations including replacement of 6-Series sondes.
Smart Sondes and Sensors:
The EXO Sonde Range are extremely versatile instruments that allow the user to automatically configure a sonde with different sensors for multiple applications in minutes. The available sensor options include: Conductivity/Temperature; Dissolved Oxygen; fDOM; ISEs (Ammonium, Chloride and Nitrate); pH (guarded and unguarded); pH & ORP (guarded and unguarded); NitraLED (UV Nitrate); Rhodamine; Total Algae and Turbidity.
Other Available Parameters:
- Absolute Pressure
- Ammonia
- Depth
- DO% Local
- Gauge Pressure
- nLF Conductivity
- PAR
- Resistivity
- Salinity
- Specific Conductivity
- Total Dissolved Solids
- Total Suspended Solids
- Water Density
Monitor without Interruption:
No matter what EXO sensors you select, other features of the smart sensor design makes them rugged and durable such as wet-mateable connectors that resist corrosion; isolated components preventing short circuits; welded housings and double O-rings to prevent leaks; high-impact plastic and titanium resists breaking; built-in anti-fouling systems that protect data and low power consumptions extending underwater deployments.
Make It Mobile:
The EXO Multiparameter Monitors make it easy to view data when in the field. There is an EXO Handheld available that offers a dedicated, streamlined interface to the EXO Sondes available. The EXO Go uses Bluetooth to connect to any Windows OS device when an EXO Sonde is submerged.
