McCoy's 5A:

McCoy’s 5A Medium is created by using Basal Medium 5A and it is a nutritive substance rich in complete medium. The medium was developed to investigate the amino acids that are required for Novikoff Hepatoma Cells. The McCoy’s 5A medium is optimal for broad applications such as supporting the growth of the most demanding primary and continuous cell lines, as well as from biopsy tissues, e.g. bone marrow, skin, kidneys, omentum, adrenal glands, lungs, and spleen.
