MEM Alpha:

The MEM Alpha Medium is a complex formation that is enriched with additional amino acids, vitamins, lipoic acid, and pyruvate. It has been supplemented with ribo- and desoxyribonucleosides. The mediums original purpose was to be used for the growth of hamster kidney cells, but MEM Alpha supports the growth and proliferation of bone marrow and amniotic cells, in monolayer and suspension culture. The supplementation of serums or certain proteins supports the culture. MEM Alpha can come with or without nucleosides as liquid/powder variations and modeifications are possible at the request of customers.
